The
long-standing experience of Aertecnica Croci in the sectors of on-line feedback of plastic
film trimmings, grinding, pneumatic conveyance to the extruder and silo stocking and
batching is of the utmost importance in continuous cycles, now a vital element in advanced
plastic film production.In order to improve the feedback system, Aertecnica designs,
produces and installs allnecessary equipment in full compilance with law provisions
regarding environmental protection from noise pollution and dust emissions.Optimisation of
on-line feedback is obtained thanks to grinders with rotary blades providing a
scissors-type cut; homogenous size and, consequently, easier extruder feeding are thus
guaranteed.The production line illustrated in this publication gives a brief account of
the varietyof grinders produced by Aertecnica Croci, with feedback quantities ranging from
20 to 1500 kg/h. |
