Recycling trims with Trim-Feed SC 55
The regranulator TRIM FEED Sc55 is the result of a specific research to re-use directly in line the trims of the film in LDPE and LLDPE, that are achived on the blow film system, with capacity that can vary from 7 to 40 Kg/h.
This system, of easy use, consent beyond the recycle of the material directly in line, to obtain a saving in terms of the space of the storage and of labour.
The trimmings that are coming from the system and are convey into the hopper of the regranulator are plasticezed until we obtain the chips with the desiderable dimensions through die with frontal cut, through the extrusion’s screw with geometry projected on porpuse.
Tecnology connected with the plasticizing consent to obtain an homogeneous product and to mantain unchanged the physical and chemical characteristics.
